Rachel Muir Named to EKU's Spring 2014 President's List

Rachel Q Muir of Nicholasville is one of 1,177 students to earn President's List honors for the Spring 2014 semester at Eastern Kentucky University.

Muir is a junior Biology major at EKU.

The President's List was established by the University to recognize outstanding academic achievement. It is bestowed upon full-time undergraduate students who attain a perfect 4.0 grade point average for a semester.

"We are always pleased to recognize all our outstanding students," EKU President Michael Benson said, "especially those who excel in the classroom to the point of perfection."

Eastern Kentucky University is a comprehensive university serving approximately 15,500 students on its 725-acre Richmond campus, at its educational centers in Corbin, Danville, Manchester, Somerset and Lancaster, throughout Kentucky, and through its EKU Online courses.
